Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that balances subtle energies restoring physical and emotional well-being. The word can be broken down into two meanings. “Rei” means God’s wisdom or higher power. “Ki” is the life force energy. When combined, Reiki is the spiritually guided life force energy.

 All of us have a life force of energy within our physical body known as meridians and chakras. That energy is also surrounding us in our auric field also known as the biofield or aura. Having a balanced chakra, meridian and auric field is not only vital, but necessary for restoring proper energy flow and health to the Body, Mind, and Soul.

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Since sound affects us at both the conscious and unconscious levels it has the effect of counterbalancing the physical and emotional states of the body and the mind. By using sound, the internal and external can be brought back into harmony and flexibility.
