As a courtesy to the next scheduled client I strive to start and end your treatment on time. However, a 5 min. grace period is given for those running a little late. I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, I may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including changing time.
As a courtesy, I attempt to confirm all appointments. You are invited to call or text, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have. However, if I am unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fee.
Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes life happens and schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. I confirm appointments 24 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked last month. Since the appointment is reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 hour notice may result in a charge of $25.00
The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping my scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Please understand that ultimately it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.
All service sales and gift card sales are final.
Retail items can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging
